Being thin is good but being very thin and underweight is not good. You
should consult a physician if you are a very very thin person.







It is possible for all of us to gain weight
but gaining weight should not be just adding body fat.?It should a
healthy weight gain.?So instead of consuming junk foods
that are rich in fat content it is always better to consume nourishing
foods that will add muscle and body mass.?Below are tips to increase
weight in the above said manner.

It is a good practice
to eat three meals everyday which includes breakfast lunch and dinner.?
In any case it is better not to avoid any of these three.?Also eat
three snacks everyday.?Start with a midmorning snack followed by mid
afternoon and evening snack.?As our body needs fuel to gain weight it
is better to eat at regular times.?The easiest way is to set up a
schedule of three meals and three snacks.

It
is a best practice to stop drinking non-caloric beverages like diet
soda or tea and coffee.?Also avoid milk with higher fat contents.?
Instead fruit juices are the best substitute.?Make it a habit to
routinely choose foods that are higher in calories which means eating
potatoes or peas instead of carrot sticks.?Likewise eat banana instead
of an apple.?So it is a better practice to choose calorie-dense food.

fat. Thirty minutes of daily activity is plenty to get your system
moving yet not so much that you're burning up tons of calories. If you
are more active, you'll need to increase your calorie intake.
